<Ingredients>
One pack udon
Carrot, shredded
Cabbage, shredded
Chicken fillet, diced
Ginger, sliced
Light soy sauce
Mirin
Sugar
Japanese sake or white wine
<how to make>
1) marinate the chicken with light soy sauce, mirin, sake or white wine, sugar and ginger.
2) stir fry the chicken, then add in the carrots and cabbages. Stir until the carrots and cabbage become soft. Add some water and marinated sauce.
3) put in the udon, keep stir fry and add some water. Until the udon is cooked.
