Fish fillet
Breadcrumbs
Egg wash
Starch flour
Salt and pepper
<Method>
1) marinate the fish fillet with salt and pepper
2) coat the fish with starch flour then the egg wash, lastly coat with the breadcrumbs
3) bake with air fryer 180Degree C, or normal oven 200 Degree C for 10mins or until crispy and golden brown
