Creamy Mushroom Couscous


<Ingredients>
Couscous
Button mushrooms, sliced
Garlic, chopped
Onions, chopped
Chicken stocks
Cream cheese
Olive oil

<How to make>
1) sauté the garlic, onions and mushrooms until soft and fragrant.
2) add in the couscous, stir until blended
3) pour in the stocks and let it simmer, use the fork to whisk the couscous until fluffy and cooked.
4) add in a dash of cream cheese let it melt and mix well. Serve
