<Ingredients>
Fish fillet
Corn flakes
Parmesan cheese
Paprika powder
Sesame seeds
Egg wash
Flour
Salt n pepper
<Method>
1) spread some salt n pepper on fish surfaces
2) blend the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese and paprika until fine. Add in sesame seeds and pour onto a dish plate
3) coat the fish with flour then dip into the egg wash and coat with the cornflakes crumbs
4) 180Degree C for 8-10mins in the airfryer.
Mayo dipping
Mayonnaise 2tbsp + Greek yoghurt 2tbsp + lemon juice 1tsp
