Baked Egg with cheese and milk


<Ingredients>
1 egg
50ml milk
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese, grated
Butter

<Method>
1) grease the ramekin with butter

2) pour the milk into the ramekin and heat until warm.

3) put the egg, cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese 

4) steam bake 180DegreeC for 25mins (almost well cooked), baking duration can be adjust due to the preferred egg
