Baked Crispy Pork Cutlet

Blended grape juice :)

<Ingredients>
Handful of grapes, blended
Minced pork
Zucchini, chopped
Onions, chopped
Garlic, chopped
Celery/Fennel, chopped
Cream cheese, 1 tbsp

<Method>
1) marinated the minced pork with blended grapes, onions and garlic for overnight or at least an hour.
2) mix all the ingredients together and roll them into balls.
3) drip a dash of olive oil on the meatballs and bake 180Degree C for 20mins then 150Degree C for another 20mins or until cooked.
