Simple Crustless Mushroom Quiche

Don't have enough time to make the crust, so I'll just make things simple, using the most simple ingredients which already available around the corner and a muffin tray.

Make 4 small size portions
<Ingredients>
Mushrooms, sliced
Capsicums, sliced
Ham, sliced
Onions, chopped
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Butter
Egg, 1
Milk
Cooking cream

<Method>
1) sauté the mushrooms with butter until soften, add in the onions, ham and capsicums continue stir fry until fragrant and well cooked then pour some milk and stir a while.

2) scoop the mushroom mixture into the muffin tray and top with some cheddar cheese, set aside.

3) in another bowl, mix an egg, cooking cream and milk

4) pour the egg mixture on the mushroom mixture and bake 180Degree C for 25mins or until golden brown.
