Lamb Stew with Rice & Quinoa


<Ingredients>
Lamb cut
Onions, chopped
Carrots, diced
Fennel, sliced
Potatoes, diced
Tomatoes, diced
Leeks, sliced
Stocks/water
Rice and quinoa, rinsed 


<Method>
1) sauté the lamb cut in the pot until brown. Then add in the fennel, onions and leeks.

2) and then add in the rest potatoes, tomatoes and carrots. Stir fry a while

3) add in the stocks and simmer until the carrots are soften.

4) add in the rice and quinoa, let boil for 10mins, then let it slowly stew until cooked.
