Cornflakes crispy fish bites


<Ingredients>
Fish fillet
Corn flakes
Parmesan cheese
Paprika powder
Sesame seeds
Egg wash
Flour
Salt n pepper

<Method>
1) spread some salt n pepper on fish surfaces

2) blend the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese and paprika until fine. Add in sesame seeds and pour onto a dish plate


3) coat the fish with flour then dip into the egg wash and coat with the cornflakes crumbs


4) 180Degree C for 8-10mins in the airfryer. 

Mayo dipping
Mayonnaise 2tbsp + Greek yoghurt 2tbsp + lemon juice 1tsp

柚子蜜


《材料》
柚子皮 40g( 不要白色部分)
柚子肉 400g
冰糖 75g
麥芽糖/砂糖 2大匙
水 適量

《做法》
1)柚子皮切絲泡過夜,中間換水2-3次去掉苦澀味,放冷藏

2)冰糖鋪在果肉上,放冰箱過夜


3)果皮加水加麥芽糖/砂糖在鍋子煮開至水份收乾。

4)將果肉和冰糖倒入煮滾至濃稠,中小火

5)將煮好的果醬放入玻璃瓶,待涼再放入蜂蜜,存1-2天再用

Crispy Fishy Bites


《Ingredients>
Fish fillet
Breadcrumbs
Egg wash
Starch flour
Salt and pepper

<Method>
1) marinate the fish fillet with salt and pepper
2) coat the fish with starch flour then the egg wash, lastly coat with the breadcrumbs 
3) bake with air fryer 180Degree C, or normal oven 200 Degree C for 10mins or until crispy and golden brown

豆漿拉麵


《材料》
拉麵
無糖豆漿 2杯
雞高湯 1杯
黑木耳,切絲
雞蛋,煮熟
蝦子,去頭殼去腸子
魚肉塊
腐乳,一塊(我用梅子腐乳)
玉米粒
蒜蓉
麻油
白芝麻
鹽巴胡椒粉


《做法》
1)用油稍微煎魚肉表面,然後加入蝦子和蒜蓉。
2)蝦子變紅就加入玉米,黑木耳,高湯,豆漿煮滾
3)再加入一塊腐乳,喜歡辣可以加韓國辣椒醬和辣腐乳
4)攪拌均勻,用戶名鹽巴胡椒粉調味
5)湯倒入煮好的拉麵,淋上麻油,撒點白芝麻,放顆煮好的雞蛋

烘蛋派


《材料》
雞蛋,4顆
義大利香腸,一條,切塊
黃甜椒,一顆,切絲
馬鈴薯,一粒,切丁
番茄,切丁
蘑菇,切片
洋蔥,一粒,切碎
義大利綜合香料
Cheddar Cheese,切絲
奶油,適量
鹽巴,胡椒粉

《做法》
1)用奶油炒軟蘑菇出水為止,然後加入洋蔥和馬鈴薯煮至軟

2)再加入香腸,甜椒,番茄,撒入香料炒至熟

3)蛋液加入鹽巴和胡椒粉,倒入配料上

4)攪拌至蛋液一點凝固,就可熄火,撒上芝士,放入烤箱烤180度C,8分鐘就可

鹽烤鯖魚


《材料》
鯖魚
味醂
海鹽



《做法》
1)鯖魚抹乾魚身,然後兩面塗抹味醂,在撒海鹽。
2)烤180度,20分鐘兩面

茶葉蛋


《材料》
雞蛋,8顆
茶葉,15g (5小匙)
八角,4顆
花椒,1大匙
陳皮,些許
醬油,6大匙
鹽,2小匙

《做法》
1)中小火煮熟雞蛋十分鐘,然後取出敲破蛋殼

2)另一個鍋子,乾煸花椒和八角至香,然後加水,茶葉,陳皮,醬油和鹽煮至滾

3)把雞蛋放入滷汁,小火煮30分鐘,熄火滷過夜更入味

味噌烤秋刀魚


《材料》
秋刀魚,一條
味噌,一大匙
味醂,1 1/2大匙
洋蔥,切片
檸檬

《做法》
1)將醬料拌勻
2)洋蔥切片鋪在盤底
3)秋刀魚擦幹擺在洋蔥上,再兩面抹上醬料,醃10分鐘
4)放入烤爐烤200度C,20分鐘再翻面烤10分鐘。
5)擠上檸檬吃

Lamb Stew with Rice & Quinoa


<Ingredients>
Lamb cut
Onions, chopped
Carrots, diced
Fennel, sliced
Potatoes, diced
Tomatoes, diced
Leeks, sliced
Stocks/water
Rice and quinoa, rinsed 


<Method>
1) sauté the lamb cut in the pot until brown. Then add in the fennel, onions and leeks.

2) and then add in the rest potatoes, tomatoes and carrots. Stir fry a while

3) add in the stocks and simmer until the carrots are soften.

4) add in the rice and quinoa, let boil for 10mins, then let it slowly stew until cooked.

《材料》
芒果
柚子肉
淡糖水
椰奶/淡奶



《做法》
1)一半的芒果肉攪拌成泥

2)加入柚子肉,淡糖水和奶還有另一半的芒果肉,攪拌均勻,冷凍再享用

Stir Fry Ribbon Pasta


<Ingredients>
Ribbon pasta, cook according package
Prawns, diced
Spring onions, chopped
Garlic, chopped
Onions, chopped
Tomatoes, halves
Sweet peas, halves
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese, grated


<Method>
1) cook the ribbon pasta according the package instructions.
2) sauté the garlic and onions, add in the tomatoes,peas and prawns, stir fy until cook.


3) add in the cooked pasta and stir fry until all blend well.

4) season with salt and pepper and top with Parmesan cheese.
