Soft milk bun, super easy and yummy!

This is the only picture I took for the bun, cause I never expect I will succeed making it LOL!! I will upload more pictures when I make another batch soon.
This recipe was shared by mummy Celine from the health food group in FB. It's super easy and SOFT!

<Ingredients>
150g all purpose flour
150g bread flour
2tbsp sugar
1 1/2tsp instant yeast (proof it)
1 egg
70ml milk
30g unsalted butter

Fillings:
Cream cheese, Nutella, chocolate chips

<Methods>
Proof the yeast for 10mins
Mix in the all purpose flour, bread flour, sugar, yeast mixture, egg and milk. (Don't pour the milk all in once, just good enough to form a dough).
Add in the butter while Kneading the dough. Knead for another 10mins.
Set aside and cover with wet cloth for at least 30mins. Let it rise double it size and it won't bounce back when you poke your finger into the dough.
Divide the dough into small balls, press flat and put in the fillings.
Roll them into round balls again and let rest for another 5mins.
Bake 12-15mins in 200degree C.
Done!
