If you search information about banana from any site , you will find there are many benefits of eating banana. Such as high in potassium, able to lower blood pressure, helps overcome depression and blah blah blah. It's easy to get and it's tasty to eat just like that.
I used to hate bananas with no reason, I just don't like it especially when it's added into food, banana food will never in my food list. When I grow older (I'm still young! Lol), you know, things change time by time, I am able to finally accept banana haha...maybe just want to show my kids not to become a picky eater. Well, stop all the nonsense and start cooking here~ so here's a super simple banana pancake recipe
<Ingredients>
1/2 big banana
One egg
One tbsp flour
A dash of milk
A pinch of cinnamon powder
A pinch of sugar (optional)
<Methods>
Mash the banana with fork add in cinnamon powder. Put aside.
Beat the egg and mix in the flour and sugar.
Pour into the pan and fry with low heat. When the side starts bubbling then flip over and fry until cooked. No need add oil for non stick pan.
Banana is a very good choice as first food for babies, but avoid eating too much to cause constipations and phlegm. Although banana has high fiber to help stimulate good bowel movements, anyhow, it's always wise to eat moderately.
