Quinoa is a very healthy superfood, it's called as the "supergrain of the future".
Quinoa can be introduce to the little ones from 8 months onward, and it's easy to prepare like rice, porridge or add into the cereal.

1) rich in protein ( contains all nine amino acids)
2) high in fiber (to relieve constipations, prevent heart disease by reducing high blood pressure and diabetes, lower cholesterol and glucose level.)
3) contains iron (helps keep our red blood cells healthy and is the basis of hemoglobin formation)
4) contains lysine ( an essential for tissue growth and repair)
5) rich in magnesium (helps relax blood vessels and thereby to alleviate migraines. Detoxification, energu production, formation of healthy bones and teeth)

<Ingredients>
One whole egg
Cooked rice and quinoa (just cook the quinoa like rice, it will sprout and it's normal)
1 tbsp fresh/dried chives
2 tbsp canned tuna
Shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped yellow zucchini
<How to Make>
Preheat oven to 200degree C
Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper (optional)
Scoop the mixture into the muffin pan or oven proof cups.
Top the mixture with cheese.
Bake for 15-20mins or until cooked.
