蘇格蘭夾心蛋 Scotch Egg

sorry for the ugly shots and I wrongly cut the egg. :p

<Ingredients>
Egg, hard boiled
Italian sausage, (or any pork sausage)
Egg wash
Corn starch
Breadcrumbs


<Method>
1) cut out the sausage meat. Sprinkle some black pepper, mix well

2) flatten the sausage meat and wrap in the boiled egg


3) coat the egg ball with flour, then dip in some egg wash and lastly coat with breadcrumbs.

4) deep fry/shallow fry/ air fry until golden brown.
