<Meatball ingredients>
Granny Smith apple, chopped
Minced pork
Minced chicken
Prawn, diced
Salt and pepper
Garlic, grated
1) mix all the ingredients together
2) roll the meat into balls
3) mix the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, cayenne powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried basil
4) coat the meatballs onto the seasoned flour
5) shallow fry the meat balls until golden brown
<Sauce ingredients>
Diced tomatoes
Chopped apples
Chopped onions
Chopped garlic
Grated cheddar cheese
Dried basil
Bay leaf
Butter
Chicken broth
Heavy cream
1- sauté the onions and garlic, then pour in the tomatoes and apples. Stir until soften
2- put in the bay leaf , dried basil, chicken broth and meatballs
3- summer until the sauce thickened. Then add in cheddar cheese, heavy cream and butter. Stir well and serve with pasta or rice.
