Salmon and Prawn Balls


<Ingredients>
Salmon fillet
Prawns
Butter
Mayonnaise
Spring onion, chopped
Salt and pepper

Seasoned flour
Flour, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, dried thyme, dried basil

<Method>
1) microwave the salmon 1min and flake the salmon, chop or diced the prawns. Set aside

2) add together a cooked small potato, mayonnaise, butter, spring onion and salt n pepper, mash ans blend well.


3) then add in the salmon and prawn mix well together

4) in another bowl, mix the flour, black pepper, salt, paprika powder, dried thyme and dried basil

5) roll the fish mixture into small balls and coat with the seasoned flour and deep/shallow fry until golden brown.
