Blueberry Egg Custard


<Ingredients>
Blueberries
Milk ,150ml
Egg yolk, 1
Sugar
Corn starch (optional)
Vanilla bean paste, 1/2 tsp

<Method>
1) cook/steam the blueberries with or without sugar until soft. Set aside

2) mix milk, egg yolk, sugar, corn starch (optional) and vanilla bean paste together and bring to a boil until thickened
 
3) place the custard into the serving bowl and top with the cooked blueberries. Serve chilled.
