Steam cream cheese cake

I used a small pot and the cover did not seal well therefore the steam water dripped on the top and caused the surface became dense. 


<Ingredients>
90g flour
100g cream cheese
60g sugar
2 eggs
2tbsp milk
1 1/2tbsp vegetable oil
1tsp baking powder

<How to make>
1) whisk the cream cheese until soften. Then add in sugar, mix well.

2) crack in eggs one at a time, mix well.

3) add in the milk and the oil

4) sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture. Mix well

5) scoop into the liner and steam with medium high heat for 15mins.
