5 minutes Vanilla Bean Mug Cake

I know I can make muffins or cakes in these mugs, but then when I found out there are recipes that make cakes in 5 minutes with these mugs!

Mug cakes has become popular for quite some time, you just need the basic baking ingredients that already sitting in your kitchen and also the most importantly, a microwave.

What are the basic ingredients? It includes cake flour/ all purpose flour, sugar, butter, salt, baking powder and others such as chocolates, nuts, fruits (fresh or dried). You can also use up your scratch from the fridge or left overs to make something savory and special, such as pumpkins, sweet potatoes, cheese, bacons, hams, tomatoes, onions etc etc etc.. As you can see, most of the mug cakes doesn't include eggs, so it's suitable for anyone who's allergic to eggs too.
Feeling excited huh!
My first mug cake was Apple Cinnamon cake, but it turns out to be very small in my Hello kitty mug, therefore, I'll intro that recipe in my next mug cake recipe.

I was very excited when I found this recipe as I bought like five vanilla beans and waiting for a chance to use it. Here goes the easy bitsy recipe.

<Ingredients>
6tbsp flour
3tbsp sugar
2tbsp milk
2tbsp melted butter
A pinch of salt
1/2tsp baking powder
1/2 or 1 vanilla bean/paste

<How to make>
1) mix the dry ingredients together

2) add in the butter, milk and vanilla (scrap out from the vanilla pod)

3) mix well in the mug, then put into microwave for high 1minute 30seconds

Done!

I'm using the double amount of ingredients from the original recipe. So please adjust the ingredients due to the size of your mug.
