<Ingredients>
Risotto rice
Broccoli, chopped
Fennel, chopped
Onions, chopped
Butter
Tuna
Egg
Water/stocks
<Method>
1) sauté the chopped fennel and onions with butter, then add in the risotto rice.
2) stir fry for one minute then add in the water /stocks, let simmer for 10mins
3) then add in the broccoli and tuna, continue cook for another 5mins.
