葡國雞飯
《食譜》
蒜泥,蔥頭,黃薑粉,小茴香粉,椰奶,馬鈴薯,胡蘿蔔,醃好的雞腿肉(醬油,胡椒粉,鹽巴,料酒,麻油,糖)
爆香蔥蒜泥,把雞腿肉兩面煎至金黃
倒入水/雞高湯,加入馬鈴薯和胡蘿蔔
煮至蘿蔔和馬鈴薯軟,雞肉熟就加入椰奶,再勾芡
