<Ingredients >
Chicken meat 200g
Carrot, 1 stick, chopped
Leek, 1 stalk, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
10 cloves garlics, peeled
1 bay leaf
1 stalk fresh rosemary
Mustard seeds
25ml Chinese wine
2 pinch of salt
<Method>
1) blend all the ingredients with a blender until fine.
2) place the blended ingredients and 1tbsp of oil into breadmaker and start the jam function./
OR stir fry in hot pan for 20-30mins until dry
3) place thinly on baking tray line with baking paper. And put into oven 160 Degree C for 2hrs + depends the oven. Use a fork to stir occasionally to help the drying process
4) once the ingredients dried up like crumbs then blend them again into powder.
