<Ingredients>
Asparagus
Stocks/water
Plain yoghurt
Onions, chopped
Butter
Salt n pepper
<Method>
1) sauté the chopped onions and asparagus with butter until soft
2) add in the stocks /water, continue simmer for 5mins
3) bring the mixture for a blend
4) pour the blended mixture into the pan and season with salt n pepper then put a dash of yoghurt for creamier texture
