Bake paprika salmon
Cauliflower mash
1)steam the cauliflower until soft.
2) put the cauliflower, milk, butter and salt and pepper blend together.
白菜豆腐魚湯
材料
魚
白菜
豆腐
干貝
蝦米
做法:
1)干貝和蝦米泡水至軟
2)鍋子加點油,把魚煎至兩面金黃
3)另外的鍋子煮好滾燙的熱水, 馬上倒入煎魚的湯鍋。湯此刻會變奶白色
4)中火煮湯,加入干貝蝦米煮十五分鐘
5)最後加入白菜和豆腐煮20分鐘,再調味即可
Cauliflower potato soup
Cauliflower, florets and diced
Potato, diced
Onions, diced
Bacon, optional
Butter
Chicken stocks or water
Method
1) sauté the bacons until crust then add in the onions and butter
2) once onions softened add in half of the cauliflower and all of the potato stir until soft.
3) add in chicken stock or water to simmer. Then add in the rest of the cauliflower to cook for another 10mins
4) send to blender and blend. Put back to the pot and cook and season with salt and pepper

Cinnamon rolls bun
1) proof the yeast with warm milk and water and 1tsp sugar mixture for about 10mins
2) add in melted butter, sugar and egg, mix well
3) mix salt in the flour then sieve into the wet mixture. Combine well until not sticky on hands . Let rise for 1hour
4) premix the brown sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Set aside
5) premix the vanilla beans, icing sugar, milk and melted butter, set aside
6) roll out the dough to rectangular shape, brush a layer of butter on it then spread the (4) mixture on it. Roll the dough
7) cut into 12-13pcs and place into a greased pan. Let rise for 15-30mins.
8)brush a thin layer of milk on top and send to bake at 190 degrees C for 20-25 mins or until golden brown
9) pour the (5) mixture on top (optional)
