日式菇類燉飯


《食譜》
我用了軟冬菇，鮮蘑菇，蘿蔔絲，山藥絲，雞胸肉
醬料：兩大匙醬油，一大匙mirin，一大匙紹興酒
用瓦煲火上燉飯的方式，好吃
