日式菇類燉飯
《食譜》
我用了軟冬菇,鮮蘑菇,蘿蔔絲,山藥絲,雞胸肉
醬料:兩大匙醬油,一大匙mirin,一大匙紹興酒
用瓦煲火上燉飯的方式,好吃
