冬菇蒜頭雞
《食譜》
1)雞肉塊用醃料拌勻待用
2) 蒜頭和醬料拌勻,我用花雕酒而不是味霖
3)乾冬菇泡軟待用
4)雞肉下鍋煎兩面金黃
5)加入冬菇和泡冬菇的水半碗,煮至水幾乎收乾
6)加入醬料,大火煮,放入蔥段拌炒既可上盤子
