Yogurt melts


<Recipe>

yogurt 3tbsp
Milk powder 4scoops
Corn starch 1tsp
Sugar 2tsp
Egg whites 2

<Method>
1) mix the milk powder, yogurt and cornstarch together
2) in another bowl beat the egg whites and sugar until stiff peak
3) mix the meringue into (1) then put into piping bag and form little melt discs
4) preheat the oven 120degree then bake for 5mins 
5) after that turn the temperature into 100degree C continue baking for 45mins
