蒜頭雞湯
《材料》
雞腿
蒜頭 一整顆
《作法》
1)雞腿用熱水燙過清洗
2)蒜頭剝皮,一半放一旁待用,一半用熱油稍微煎炸至金黃
3)湯鍋放入水,雞腿,生蒜和炸蒜,小火滾一小時,調味即可享用
