Nutella cheesecake


<Recipe>
200g digestive biscuits
60g butter
400g Nutella 
500g cream cheese
50g icing sugar

<method>
1) melt the butter and 1 tbsp of Nutella . Put aside

2) put the biscuits into a ziplock bag then smash them with a wooded spatula or roller until become fine crust

3) mix 1 & 2 together then spread them on a baking pan . Use a spoon to press them firmly

4) in a mixer bowl, mix together the cream cheese, icing sugar and Nutella. 

5) pour 4 into 3 and let set in the fridge

6) optional sprinkle nuts or chocolate chips

蒜頭雞湯


《材料》
雞腿
蒜頭 一整顆

《作法》
1)雞腿用熱水燙過清洗
2)蒜頭剝皮,一半放一旁待用,一半用熱油稍微煎炸至金黃
3)湯鍋放入水,雞腿,生蒜和炸蒜,小火滾一小時,調味即可享用
