Gluten free chicken nuggets


1) chicken fillet marinate overnight with salt, pepper and oil
2)coat the fillet with corn flour, then secondly coat with egg wash and finally with GF biscuits crumbs
3) pan fried in oil until cooked and golden brown.

Apricot chicken



馬鈴薯蝦餅


材料
馬鈴薯 刨絲
蝦泥
太白粉
胡椒粉
鹽巴
青蔥/韭菜

做法-
1)把所有材料混合在勺一大匙入熱鍋,煎至兩面金黃即可

韓式泡菜煎餅



1) 將麵粉+太白粉+鹽+胡椒粉+雞蛋+水 混合均勻
2)把透抽和蝦子燙熟待用,章魚切小顆
3)最後把青蔥粒,泡菜,透抽,蝦子,章魚拌均勻
4)平底鍋放油,熱鍋把麵糊倒入,煎至兩面金黃熟透即可享用

芥菜鮮魚湯


長型芥菜容易軟爛 煮湯適宜
圓形芥菜可以煮久不容易軟爛,有口感

Salmon chicken ball


1) minced chicken and salmon together. Season with salt and pepper and starch.
2) roll into balls and fried in hot oil pan till golden brown.

《作法》
1)馬鈴薯用油炸熟至兩年金黃,撈起待用
2)將雞塊煎至兩面金黃,加入蒜頭和迷迭香和黑胡椒翻炒
3)加入米酒和蠔油,糖和鹽,繼續悶煮8-10分鐘到汁收乾位止
