<Ingredients>
Pizza dough-
All purpose flour ,2.5cups
Dry active yeast ,1packet
Sugar ,1tsp
Salt ,a pinch
Warm water, 1cup
Olive oil, 2tbsp
1) mix the yeast, water and sugar together, let it proof for 5mins
2) mix the flour and salt in another bowl, then pour in the yeast water and oil.
3) mix well and start knead until the dough become smooth and not sticky to hands. If too sticky add more flour and knead .
4) put the dough ball into a greased big bowl and let rise for half an hour. Until it double the size and the dough bounce back when poked.
5) knead the dough to release the air. And split the dough into halves. Let each rise for another 15mins.
6) once done, roll out the dough to form pizza crust
