Squid ink seafood pizza


<Ingredients>
Pizza dough-
All purpose flour ,2.5cups
Dry active yeast ,1packet
Sugar ,1tsp
Salt ,a pinch
Warm water, 1cup
Olive oil, 2tbsp

1) mix the yeast, water and sugar together, let it proof for 5mins
2) mix the flour and salt in another bowl, then pour in the yeast water and oil.
3) mix well and start knead until the dough become smooth and not sticky to hands. If too sticky add more flour and knead .
4) put the dough ball into a greased big bowl and let rise for half an hour. Until it double the size and the dough bounce back when poked. 
5) knead the dough to release the air. And split the dough into halves. Let each rise for another 15mins.
6) once done, roll out the dough to form pizza crust

Tomato paste
Squid ink
Squid ink
Prawns
Black olive
Tuna
Onion rings
Tomato rings
Grated Mozzarella cheese

蒜米忌廉烤雞


《材料》
雞腿,雞翅膀
蒜頭 one bulb 切碎 
Onion Powder 1tsp
Paprika powder 1tsp
Coriander seed , 磨成粉 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Cream 250ml
chili flakes 適量
parsley fresh or dried 

《做法》
1) coriander seed 磨成粉
2)把corriander powder,paprika powder, onion powder,salt,black pepper and 1tsp 蒜泥加入cream,拌勻

3)雞肉抹乾水份撒點鹽巴,平底鍋放油和牛油,雞皮向下煎至金黃再翻面煎四分鐘,取出放在烤盤裡。
4)將調好的cream汁淋在雞上,灑上parsley,焗烤190度 20-25分鐘,熟為止



5)煎雞肉的剩油,加入蒜泥和chili flakes和少許鹽巴,煮至香,不要煮至蒜泥焦了。取出,待放,吃的時候淋在雞肉上面
