芽菇肉餅
材料:
芽菇 刨絲
豬肉末
蝦肉末
洋蔥 切末
澱粉
鹽巴
醬油
香油
花雕酒
胡椒粉
做法:
1)所有材料混在一起直到黏糊不太水狀。平底鍋煎到金黃即可
開陽白菜
